Position Title : PC Desktop & CAD Support Technician

Position Description :
Responsibilities :
Primarily responsible for providing desktop support for Microsoft-related operating systems, emphasizing Windows 10.
This support includes problem-solving, installs, equipment relocation upgrades, workgroups, and network printing configurations.
The candidate would also support the Microsoft Office Suites, ODBC Connections, Lotus Notes client, scanning software applications, printer applications, and various Antivirus / Malware suites.
This support includes installs, triage, updates, first-line problem-solving, application configuration, and technical support.
The candidate would also provide support for workstations, desktops, and laptops from manufacturers such as Lenovo, HP, and Dell, as well as any peripheral devices such as HP and Xerox printers, HP and OCE large-format plotters, HP and Fujitsu desktop scanners.
This support includes hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, triage, and repair, as well as software
Qualifications :
AA in Computer Science / Technical School
3-5 years of direct PC support, including Microsoft Certification on related systems
Supporting Microsoft Windows 10 / 11.
Any level of CAD experience (Bentley, Autodesk, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks)
