A law firm seeks a Real Estate Counsel to join its dynamic team in Denver, CO, with a focus on real property development for renewable energy clients.

Duties
- Represent renewable energy clients in complex real property transactions.
- Conduct legal research and draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents.
- Advise clients on title matters, zoning, land use, and other real estate-related legal issues.
- Collaborate with team members across practices to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Stay informed on real estate legislation and industry trends impacting clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate law.
- Proficiency in title matters; experience with renewable energy development is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality client service.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active state bar admission.
Skills
- Expertise in real estate law, particularly in title review and development transactions.
