All Care Services, LLC. is seeking a dedicated full-time Property Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team in Kansas City, KS.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Our Property Maintenance Technicians typically work a full-time night shift schedule between 8 : 30 PM and 4 : 00 AM, with 5 days on and 2 days off .
This schedule allows for a great work-life balance while ensuring our properties are well-maintained during off-peak hours.
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will start your shift by conducting thorough inspections of the properties, meticulously scanning the areas for debris and trash to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents and visitors.
You will spend your day picking up trash and driving maintenance sweeper vehicles, ensuring the grounds are immaculate. Collaboration is key, and you will work alongside your team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance property maintenance processes.
Your keen eye for detail will allow you to identify and address potential safety hazards promptly, ensuring the well-being of everyone in the community.
Additionally, you will take pride in maintaining our sweeper trucks, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for action at all times!
OUR IDEAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
Landscaping or other service-related experience is a plus, as is maintenance tech experience. This is a great fit for someone with experience working outdoors or on the go!
