- Process endorsements and document in Agent Management System. ( Hawksoft )
- Handle Billing Questions and Payments as needed.
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Quote new business policies as needed
- Help with remarketing and cross sale of client's policies as needed.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
