- Project types may range from : new product development, design and specification of new subsystems, continuous improvement of products, repeating previously completed projects, and adapting existing products to a specific customer application.
- Supports "on-call" requests, including diagnosis and troubleshooting at customer sites. May also include after-hours calls and travel on short notice.
