Known for their commitment to quality and service, they are seeking a motivated Logistic Support Specialist to join their team.

Job Description :

The Logistic Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client’s business. This position involves managing various aspects of equipment tracking, invoicing, and data integrity to support efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and distribute monthly lease invoices.
  • Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Monitor and track the status of equipment repairs.
  • Issue and manage authorizations for equipment pick-up and return.
  • Update and record daily equipment movements (inbound / outbound).
  • Reconcile monthly inventory records at depot locations.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and leasing agreements.
  • Develop reports and spreadsheets to monitor project data.
  • Compile and distribute weekly inventory reports to the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data sorting is required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, marine equipment, or transportation leasing is a plus but not mandatory.
