The ideal Restaurant General Manager leads by example, promoting the vision, recruiting and mentoring a passionate team, collaborating with local businesses, supporting sustainability, and focusing on training a like-minded individual.
About the Company : We established our first restaurant in Northern Florida in the late 1990s, offering fresh dining experiences in a relaxing setting.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or 2+ years current experience as a Full Service Restaurant Manager.
- High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $1.5 million per year.
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
