We are seeking organized, service-oriented, and friendly people to add to our team to assist our Cards Department. This job includes cracking solutions for our customers regarding their debit cards, satisfying their banking needs, and creating an awesome positive customer experience.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Answer calls related to debit cards
- Troubleshoot card usage errors
- Complete debit card maintenance, as needed
- Assist with card dispute matters, including dispute filing and / or dispute claim updates
- Review reports related to debit card issues
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Administrative skills
- Phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
