The Opportunity

  • Lead the development and implementation of process for our Consonant design system and web publishing framework, and Accessibility compliance across Adobe.com surfaces
  • Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing systems and components
  • Responsible for projects from initiation through delivery including planning and maintaining schedules and optimizing operational framework
  • Lead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time and within budget

What you'll do

  • Proactively drive program execution and delivery of associated scope, build end-to-end cross-functional timelines and reconcile resources with minimal guidance
  • Work closely with Designers, Engineers and Product Managers to develop detailed, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with defined objectives
  • Drive clear communication and status regarding releases, ensuring partner validation and UAT
  • Assist Design and Engineering Managers with release planning
  • Provide strategic POV relative to Adobe.com surfaces as member of Adobe's "accessibility working group", accountable to Adobe Accessibility Board
  • Partner with Adobe's Accessibility team to implement surface audits and ensure teams' compliance to Accessibility standards
  • Drive quarterly planning process to set clear expectations for scope, timing, resourcing, and deliverability of quarterly priorities, gaining alignment with cross-functional partners
  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and leadership
  • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomes
  • Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetings
  • Continually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvements
  • Establish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when needed
  • Perform risk management : identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely manner
  • Drive tactical decisions for projects that are under your direct responsibility
  • Engage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and content

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of program / project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects
  • Hands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilities
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems (specific Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus)
  • Experience rolling out and scaling systems design across an organization
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, Workfront, JIRA, and Wiki
  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,400 $224,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
