Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is currently recruiting for Nissan Call Center Customer Service Agents to handle outbound phone calls for their NISSAN Call Center.

Pay : $24.00 / hr

Quarterly Bonus Eligibility : $1,500 per quarter

Shift : Must be available 7am-7pm (8-hour shift will be within these hours)

This is a call center role with excellent promotional opportunities after one year!

This position is NOT100% remote and must live commutable distance to Murfreesboro, TN.

What does a typical day as a NISSAN Call Center Customer Service Agent look like?

You'll be :

• Providing claim support to Nissan dealers to ensure timely and accurate claim payment
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while acting with urgency regarding Nissan vehicles
• Working collaboratively within various departments to develop strategies and plans to provide appropriate solutions to the customer

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree is required -no exceptions
• Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
• Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage in and address issues as they arise
• Strong work experience in customer service preferred
