This role involves assisting customers with debit accounts, resolving inquiries, and navigating multiple computer systems efficiently.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, recommending products, and delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates need at least six months of customer service experience, the ability to type 25 words per minute, and strong multitasking skills.
