Payroll / HR Specialist - Immediate Opportunity

A dynamic organization is seeking a skilled Payroll / HR professional to join its team and take ownership of payroll operations for a workforce of 400-500 employees. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and bring recent, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now .

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage three payroll cycles : two bi-weekly and one weekly
• Administer payroll for a total of $68 million annually
• Handle complex payroll entries including bonuses, stipends, sabbatical pay , and other special pay types
• Analyze payroll data and perform manual entries with precision and accuracy
• Ensure compliance and consistency across all payroll processes
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support employee compensation needs
