Responsibilities :
Engagewith potential clients to understand their travel needs preferencesand budget.
Customize marketing materials to attractclients across various platforms including social media andflyers.
Provide expert advice on travel destinationsconsidering factors such as weather culture activities and visarequirements.
Coordinate travel appointments manage feesand collect necessary documentation from clients.
Maintainprofessional relationships with travel suppliers clients and tripoperators.
Qualifications &Skills :
Proficiency in English; knowledge ofadditional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with socialmedia platforms Zoom and Google Suite.
Strong attention todetail and organizational skills.
Problemsolving abilitiesand effective communication with colleagues.
Ability toadapt quickly to various computer softwareprograms.
Previous experience as a travel agent andcustomer service background preferred.
Education andExperience Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year ofcustomer service experience preferred.
High school diplomaor GED preferred.
Previous experience as a travel agent isadvantageous.
Access to a laptop / smartphone and internetconnection is required.
