Shift Differential : Night shift ONLY $1.00 / hour

Shift : Day and Night Shifts available

Overnight, 7-7 : 30AM. 3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

Days, 7am-7 : 30PM.3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery.
• Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials.
• Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work.
• Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment.
• May provide training or guidance to new production workers.

This position is located in Jackson, TN. Known as Hub City, Jackson is a central location for West TN shopping, dining, and entertainment.

• You can perform work under general supervision.
• You can handle moderately complex issues / problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Must be an effective communicator over the public address system.
• You can provide leadership, coaching, and / or mentoring to subordinate group.
• You have 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.
