The Job :
As a Data Analytics Director, you’ll be part of our DEWALT team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to :
- Own research and analysis of complex, inter-organizational problems.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business issues and concerns.
- Determine appropriate data collection and analytical methods and protocols.
- Develop objective, thought-provoking and potentially transformative insights.
- Engage with business leaders to present findings, ensure understanding from multiple perspectives and provide decision support.
- Advise team members, allied teams (i.e., functional teams, shared services, product teams, etc.) on modeling and drawing actionable insights based on large and complex datasets.
- Apply knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to understand and improve individual, work group and / or organizational results.
- Analyze economic, financial, market and industry information from multiple sources to identify trends, assess current business strategies and results and / or evaluate specific opportunities.
The Person :
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have :
- 10+ years of Data Analytics experience.
- BS / BA in Data and Analytics preferred.
- 7+ years in Data Science and Predictive Analytics.
