Regional Sales Manager

Location : Denver, CO

Annualized Base Salary : 65,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Hunter, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and aggressively pursue sales leads within your designated territory.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our company's growth.

This position is ideal for a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospect and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling within the assigned territory.

Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape within the territory.

Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.

Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving company sales objectives.

Customer Acquisition : Aggressively pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into customers to expand the company’s market presence.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closed deals, in the CRM system.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.

Requirements

Requirements

Proven sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to open doors and create new business opportunities.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a territory-based, outside sales role.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Proven experience in account management. Ability to analyze data and sales statistics Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities and requirements under time constraints.

Highly conscientious follow up and problem solving skills Proficient in CRM software. The ability to build rapport with key clients.

The ability to handle multiple client accounts. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to work cross functionally. Proficient in a web based and mobile app driven environment with the ability to use a variety of systems and technologies.
