- Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems.
- Analyze the current systems which are Java / J2EE based applications.
- Conduct requirement gathering with business users.
- Compile functional / technical specifications.
- Design the application architecture based on the requirements.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for business users.
- Perform configuration management of all project-related documents including code, design documents, etc.
- Resolve issues and support the client in the smooth running of the application.
- Train the system end users and write technical manuals.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent with 3 years of work experience, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
