THE ROLE :

Entegris is currently seeking a Chemical Operator II to join our team. This position will be based at our Burnet, TX facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for starting, monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems. These systems require troubleshooting often. Will be working inside of Glove Boxes with proper PPE. Glove Boxes also need troubleshooting on a consistent basis. Run stations that dry / morph / pressure reduction on our units. Do all paperwork / SAP with minimal errors. Participate in Cycle Counts, Safety Toolbox Reviews and JSA's. Will engage in monthly safety meetings, CIP, and observations / inspections, 5S and more. Cross Train on all processes. Must possess troubleshooting skills.

SHIFT SCHEDULE IS A 3-2-2-3, 6PM-6AM ON NIGHT SHIFT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Run purifications systems under specific quality and engineering controls.
• Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment.
• Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
• Pull chemistry samples and submit them to the lab for analysis.
• Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finished good product.
• Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards.
• Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies, cleanup and waste disposal.
• Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products from make to ship.
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Work with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create / update PMs and maintain spare parts
• Other duties as assigned.
