Currently we have an exciting opportunity as a Workforce Advisor . As the Workforce Advisor, you will assist participants in becoming job-ready.
Additionally, you will assist participants with accessing resources in the community.
This role is on-site in our Center City Philadelphia office.
Key Responsibilities :
Network and establish relationships with the County Assistance Offices, Community Agencies, Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Organizations, and other agencies as needed.
Provide case management; complete case notes and follow-up services.
Work with job developers to transition participants to employment.
Provide advice to participants on job searching and skill development to become more competitive in the job market.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Employment services experience preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $43,000 to $47,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.
