Schedule : Full-time Shift : Days Location : 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, 80210 The role you’ll contribute : Responsible for developing, achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or departmental’s daily operations.
Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives and ensuring units / departments are appropriately staffed.
Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education. The value you’ll bring to the team : + Daily productivity and expense management and support unit / department manager with budget preparation + Support daily staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity + Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit / department goals Encourage associate participation in decision through shared governance structure + Develop an understanding around the importance of relationships and support team dynamics by role modeling professional behavior Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : + Bachelor’s degree in nursing + A minimum of 2 years of PACU experience + One-year clinical leadership preferred + Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State + BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) + Must achieve and maintain professional certification within two years of becoming ANM.
