Key Benefits :

Routes : OTR across all 48 states; primarily East of I35.
Miles : Average miles per week determined by HOS and availability.
Freight : ALL notouch; 5060% drop & hook; 4050% live unload.
Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Truck Fleet :
2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KWs.
Average haul length : Over 600 miles.
24 / 7 operations specialist support.
Compensation Details :
Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day.
Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on Safety Mileage & Productivity (eligible the month after hire).
SOB Payment : $500 after first load $500 at 30 days.
