We are looking for a sheetmetal fabricator to join our team.
Our sheet metal shop provides the duct work for both our residential new construction and retrofit projects.
There is potential for a "manager in training" opportunity for the right candidate!
This is permanent position offering great location, hours 6am-2 : 30pm M-F, and full benefits

Job Purpose :
Fabricates components by analyzing requirements; collecting materials; operating equipment.
Duties :
- Develops sheet metal projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assembly; calculating requirements; determining appropriate methods; sketching layout.
- Collects materials by studying specifications and component requirements; ordering supplies.
- Fabricates components by using equipment to cut, form, and fasten pieces.
- Verifies results by inspecting and testing components.
- Documents actions by completing records.
- Maintains safe work environment by following and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
