Position : Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Processing Vouchers : Handle and process vouchers by entering invoices from external departments into the payment system accurately and timely.
- Reconciliations : Perform regular reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurate and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Approving Concur Expenses : Review and approve Concur expenses, ensuring corrections are made as necessary and expenses comply with contracts.
- Wire Transfers : Enter and manage wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
