Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the finance function
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs / strategies, and regulatory action
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- MBA or other relevant professional certification is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, M&A, Investment Banking, or combination
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to build financial models from scratch
