Machinery andAutomation Technician this position is responsible for the outputoperation and maintenance of automation equipment andmachinery.
DutiesandResponsibilities :
- Installation : Install and configure electrical and electronic systems accordingto project specifications
- Factory AcceptanceTesting (FAT) : Perform FAT to validate the functionality ofmachinery and equipment against designrequirements
- System Upgrades : Upgradeelectrical and electronic systems to enhance performance andincorporate new features
- Design Assistance : Support the engineering team in designing electrical and electronicequipment that meets customer needs
- SystemAnalysis : Analyze system performance and provide feedback forcontinuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose complex system malfunctions and implement effectivesolutions.
- Technical Documentation : Develop andmaintain comprehensive technical documentation for system assemblyand operation.
- Maintenance Quality Performance : Ensure the consistent quality performance of electrical systemsthrough regular maintenance calibration and testing to meetoperational standards.
- Quality Assurance : Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality control and adherenceto safety regulations.
- Training and StandardsDevelopment : Train machine operators on the proper use ofelectrical and electronic systems and develop maintenance standardsto ensure longterm systemreliability.

- 4 years ofexperience on corrective preventive and predictive maintenance inequipment and automated machinery.
- Thisexperience must include handling operation and troubleshooting onPick and Place Dispensing and Screwing.
- Alsoincludes Vision Control system understanding andprogramming.
- Robotics arms use for weldingmaterial handling and assembly.
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Electronics Mechatronics Control or IndustrialEngineering is aplus
