Job Title : Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
The candidate will serve as the sole HR support at the plant in MN. Responsibilities include employee relations, employee engagement, payroll (implementing a new ADP system in November), assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, managing benefits, and collaborating with the controller to restore the functionality of the company's systems.
