The IT Talent Advisor isresponsible for managing the full talent acquisition process at aprofessional level. This role may focus on nonexempt positions orlateral hires for a specific business unit.
The IT Talent Advisorwill support the companys talent acquisition policy providingadvice and guidance throughout the hiring and selection process.
They may also manage relationships with thirdparty vendors andperform research execute advanced talent sourcing strategies andnegotiate complex employment offers to secure highly skilledcandidates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initialjob brief to candidate sourcing interviews and offer negotiationwhile collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to meetrecruitment needs.
- Develop and implementeffective recruitment strategies including job posting optimizationmarketing channels job board procurement and comprehensiverecruitment campaigns.
- Identify and sourcecandidates for current roles anticipate future talent needs andbuild a proactive talent pipeline through social engagement andnetworking.
- Provide recruitment guidance tohiring managers and key leadership offering insights into hiringtrends and competitive intelligence related to the talentmarket.
- Participate in special projects andrecruitment initiatives as needed.
- Manage riskby incorporating risk and control processes into dailyresponsibilities ensuring proper monitoring and mitigation andescalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- 3 years of corporate recruitingexperience.
- 5 years of IT recruitingexperience.
- Global recruiting experience ispreferred.
- Strong communication and negotiationskills.
- A bachelors degree is preferred; aMasters degree or equivalent experience isadvantageous.
- Indepth knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations including EEO ADA and laborrelations.
