What you'll be doing
Create robust, organized, and detailed financial models that :
o Advise on key business strategy decisions
o Inform management to allocate excess capital to the best use
- Partnering with Actuarial, FP&A, and Investments to enhance modeling capabilities and methodologies
- Research, analyze and recommend solutions to optimize available liquidity under various scenarios
- Coordinate and lead delivery of information and surveys to regulators, auditors, rating agencies and public investors
- Support the analysis and due diligence of capital market transactions
- Support internal and external liquidity stress testing to assess cash flows and liquidity needs
- Monitor available liquidity and ensure compliance with the Company’s liquidity policies and credit facilities
- Assist with quarterly and annual filing disclosures, in addition to the associated audit requests
- Perform ad hoc analysis with flexibility to move quickly from project to project
- Comfortable stepping in at all stages of a transaction to analyze the economics of the proposed transaction
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to share capital planning and liquidity strategy ideas with internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or other relevant discipline
- 2+ years of experience in one of the following : Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Risk Management
- Significant experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated to take on tasks with a sense of urgency
Nice-to-haves :
- CFA or CPA credentials
- Actuarial experience
- Life Insurance industry experience

Pay Range : $67,000 - $120,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
