Compensation : $30.00$38.00 per hour based onexperience
Experience&Qualifications :
- Minimumof 1 year clinical experience(preferred)
- Bachelor s degreemajoring in food andnutrition
- Currentstate Rhode Island licensure / certification
- Registered with the Commission onDietetics Registration
- Familiaritywith state survey processes and adhering to nutrition careregulations
- Competency in electronicchartingsystems
KeyResponsibilities :
- Conductcomprehensive nutritional assessments for residents andpatients
- Offer specialized supportfor tube feedings
- Delivernutritional counseling and educational sessions for residents andtheir families
- Ensure compliancewith DOH / state / federal regulations and uphold companystandards
- Work autonomously withoutthe need for regular training ordirection
DesiredSkills :
- ClinicalExpertise : Ability to apply MNT to develop personalized nutritionplans for patients with variousconditions.
- Assessment &Planning : Nutritional assessments individualized care planscollaboration with healthcareteam.
- Communication &Relationships : Patient education diverse populations buildingrapport with residents andstaff.
- Additional Skills : Foodservice regulations EHR proficiency quality improvement (consideradding research wound care or dysphagia management asdesired).
