Job Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Birmingham, Alabama
Onsite Requirement : Hybrid
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and elicitation.
- Participate in release planning and potentially run agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to project management tasks.
- Work within the bank / LOB for requirement elicitation, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and daily team operations.
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in business process reengineering and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate team members.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have) :
Experience with Service Now, Dynatrace, and Postman.
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business with an emphasis in technology.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications related to agile or requirement elicitation, safe certifications are a plus.
