This is the opportunity you are looking for! Supportworks is expanding our team to add a Marketing Account Manager to support our international network of customers.

In this role you’ll help our customers build and execute on the lead generation and local marketing strategies that will accelerate their businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO : Identify our customers’ lead generation and other marketing challenges and partner with them to resolve them and grow their business Lead in-person and virtual training to teach our customers how to develop their marketing skills and strategy Communicate daily with customers to provide advice and support for their marketing needs Travel to our customers roughly 12 times per year to support, train, and build strong relationships Stay ahead of the curve on marketing best practices and trends that will benefit our customers Audit customer websites to identify SEO issues, usability problems, and content gaps and provide support for needed improvements Develop and execute media plans, including ad creation, placement, and scheduling Track performance of digital campaigns WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience 2+ years’ experience within internal marketing departments or ad agencies or a combination of education and experience Knowledge and proficiency using MS Office, Social Media, Lead Aggregator sites, SEO / SEM tools, and Google Analytics Knowledge of traditional and digital media, SEO strategies, and marketing data analytics Strong communication skills written, verbal, and presentation BENEFITS YOU’LL ENJOY : AMAZING CULTURE : Four-time winner of the Best Places to Work in Omaha.
