What You'll Do :
- Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality dishes
- Lead and manage the kitchen team efficiently when kitchen managers are out of the building
- Pizza cookery; dough stretching, saucing topping and working the oven
- Hot line cooking ; Fry / salad station, Pasta / sandwich station
- Making sure the kitchen is cleaned and closed down properly at the end of the night
- Keeping the flow of food moving out of the kitchen in a timely manner at all times
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance operations
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a similar role
- At least 3 years Kitchen experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school degree or equivalent
