We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Norman, OK.

Job Description : The Medical Marijuana Distribution Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the Norman, OK region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis products, including flowers, pre-rolls, blunts, and other related items, and will possess the necessary licenses and credentials to operate in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with dispensaries and other medical marijuana businesses in the Norman area.
• Educate clients on our product offerings, including flowers, pre-rolls, blunts, and more.
• Present and explain Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products to ensure transparency and build trust with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings as required.

Requirements :

• Valid license and credentials to sell medical marijuana in the state of Oklahoma.
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, including flowers, pre-rolls, blunts, and related items.
• Familiarity with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and the ability to explain them to clients.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience in medical marijuana distribution or a related field.
• Established network within the cannabis industry.
• Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
