The Global Product Manager, Digital Solutions is a unified upstream and downstream marketing position responsible for leading & managing the end-to-end development and global commercialization of Align’s doctor facing digital initiatives and products.
Responsibilities include managing the entire doctor experience for all related software and medical device products, with the goal of driving adoption, differentiating from the competition and enriching the doctor experience as they prescribe and deliver Invisalign treatments to patients.
This marketing leader will also empower customer-facing functions such as regional marketing and sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to advance product adoption and lead as the global product evangelist and worldwide business champion for these exciting innovations.
This high-visibility position will work with, and lead a cross-functional team in the planning and execution of new initiatives across the entire Invisalign digital product mix from inception through launch and post-launch monitoring, tracking and analyzing business results to ensure fulfillment to plan.
They will capture voice of the customer , and ensure it is integrated into all product solutions delivered to the marketplace.
They will stay current with the fast growing clear aligner marketplace and maintain a thorough understanding of emerging competitive offerings.
In this role, you will Become the dual product and market expert for the Invisalign digital portfolio, and lead the innovations that drive doctor and staff adoption.
Keep abreast of the latest market trends and the wider macro-environment and maintain awareness of how this may affect the Invisalign digital portfolio and broader business.
Develop and maintain intimate knowledge of the clinical techniques and practices that relate to a doctor’s prescription, delivery to patient, and treatment of Invisalign patients.
Maintain an awareness of the competitive landscape and actively seek to stay current with new competitive innovations and digital offerings.
Act as the outspoken champion’ for new digital innovations internally, drive excitement, and rally stakeholders across global and regional organizations.
Nurture formal and informal relationships with regional teams, KOLs, and the Align field force. Initiate and create business cases for new product innovations in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
Work cross-functionally to develop and maintain roadmaps for major product lines and initiate the review of new ideas and the pursuit of approved initiatives.
In this role, you’ll need The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
4-6 years of experience in Global Product Marketing or Product Management Experience in the Medical Device Industry with technology-based products, web-based products, or software products.
BS / BA required, preferably in healthcare, engineering, technology, or business-related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Multi-tasking, someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects at once, while solving for the highest priorities first.
