Restaurant Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Supervisor who loves hospilality! This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring leader with at least 2 years of FOH Restaurant Supervisory experience.
This role is a hourly position.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, food quality, ordering, appearance of facility and sanitation hygiene, and cleanliness through training and support of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment
- This is a very hands on role where you’ll be required to be in a standing position for long periods of time

Qualifications
- Must display a high energy level, be enthusiastic and ooze Enlightened Hospitality at all times through your body language and positive demeanor and smile
- Minimum 2 years of FOH restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced, hands on environment
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
- Receptive to coaching and takes initiative for self-development
- Ability to drive FOH operations by example and inspire others to do so
- Must be able to utilize your experience to coach, guide and develop others while displaying a high level of business maturity
- Must be an effective multi-tasker
