An Off Campus Work Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award
Part-time assistant to the Director of Finance in the management of the Center of Southwest
Culture’s finances. Center of Southwest Culture is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Albuquerque working
to develop healthy Indigenous and Latino communities through economic development and
cultural and educational work.
Assist Director of Finance and CSC Program Mangers in :
Filing, copying, scanning
Organize payroll timesheets and review for errors
Maintain basic accounting records
Use basic accounting math and Excel software
Social Media curation / scheduling
Contacting program participants for feedback / surveys
The position is roughly 15-20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications
Skills / Experience :
Some knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping practices is preferred.
Must be familiar with Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
Must speak Spanish and have an aptitude or interest in math or business.
Must be comfortable working in an office environment.
