The Impact You Will Make
- Answering incoming calls from Medicare beneficiaries and asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and eligibility for speaking with a sales agent.
- Transferring qualified callers to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance.
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhering to scripts and guidelines provided for call handling and qualification purposes.
- Achieving and maintaining a UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to assist callers.
- Participating in special projects as assigned by management, including outbound calling campaigns or quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining a positive and responsive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Being coachable and receptive to feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Responding promptly to chats and participating in group activities to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Attending meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with callers.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
- UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to handle calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
