Simpson University's Science & Mathematics Department is seeking candidates to join the adjunct instructor pool for the 2022-23 academic year.
Currently, the department welcomes applications for instructors with the qualifications to teach courses in Mathematics.
Please note that an appointment in one semester is not a guarantee of an appointment in a subsequent semester. The successful candidate will be able to : Offer courses in Algebra, Precalculus or Statistics.
Deliver courses in-person at the Redding campus and / or remotely for online courses. Utilize Canvas for course management and delivery of content.
Work with a diverse student body population. Express an effusive Christian faith based in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Affirm the statement of faith of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Please note there is no remote option for this job, applicants will only be considered if able to fulfil the role in person.
General Expectations : Personal relationship with Jesus, a vibrant Christian faith, and a commitment to Christian community;
