Job Responsibilities :
- Tracking back orders
- Reaching out to vendors
- Reviewing invoices and approving for payment
- Collaborating to ship out regional orders and develop purchasing strategies
- Maintaining RMA’s and Returns to Inventory
- Continually surveying and communicating product availability details to purchasing manager and sales / installation managers
Requirements :
- 2 years’ experience with data entry and purchasing
- 2 years of accounting OR inventory software experience
- Lawson / Infor experience is highly preferred
