Duties will include but are not limited to :
Preparation of cleaning solutions according tospecifications.
Use of prepared solutions to providegeneral cleaning services including trash removal cleaningof
windows and glass partitions dusting of furniture wallsmachines and equipment and polishing of
furniture andfixtures. Service clean and supply restrooms.
Monitorbuilding security and safety by performing such tasks as lockingdoors after operating hours
and checking forhazards.
Identify and notify Site Supervisor of anynecessary major repairs or additions to buildingoperating
systems supplies and / or equipment needed forcleaning and maintenance duties.
Ensure cleanliness offloors using a variety of methods including sweeping moppingscrubbing steamcleaning or shampooing. May also provide nonroutinemaintenance of flooring including
stripping sealingfinishing and polishing of floors.
Ability to workflexible schedules to cover for absences and provide projectservices to meet
contract requirements.
Adhereto and follow all safety and policy requirements of DetailXPertsand abide by Contract rules
and regulations.
Perform administrative functions : payroll document submittalsinspections and other
administrative task functions asneeded.
Regular and predictable attendance is anessential requirement of this position.
Establish andmaintain interpersonal relationshipsbuild trustand grow our clientbase by providing exceptional customer service with eachservice.
Job Requirements :
High SchoolDiploma or GED
Three years of experience in janitorialcleaning in a community work setting
Computer skills : Word and Excel
Must pass background check
Hasreasonable driving record and reliable transportation
DEPENDABLE honest hardworking and punctual
Must be ableto work in a fast paced environment caring for customers and havingpride for a job
well done.
