We are immediately hiring for a Legal Receptionist at a well-established firm in DOthan, AL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the law firm.
Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Pay will range between $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on your prior experience and the schedule will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic data entry tasks
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Maintain a tidy reception area
Skills
- Ability to multitask and act as a personal assistant to attorneys when needed
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite for managing documents and emails
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally
- Ability to work with computerized systems for office tasks
