Travel Agent

The Remote Travel Agent will beresponsible for planning organizing and coordinating resort andcruise packages for our clients.

This role involves working closelywith clients to understand their travel preferences providingexpert advice on destinations and ensuring seamless travelexperiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customerservice skills a passion for travel and the ability to workindependently.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Client Consultation : Communicate withclients to understand their travel preferences budget andexpectations for their resort and cruiseexperiences.
• TravelPlanning : Research and recommend resort and cruisedestinations itineraries and activities that align with clientspreferences.
• BookingCoordination : Handle all aspects of booking includingflights accommodations transportation and excursions ensuringaccuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customerservice throughout the entire travel planning process addressingclient inquiries and resolving any issues thatarise.
• VendorRelations : Establish and maintain relationships withresort and cruise vendors to secure the best rates and exclusiveoffers for clients.
• Documentation : Prepare and distribute detailedtravel itineraries including important information such as bookingconfirmations travel tips and destinationhighlights.
• FollowUp : Check in with clients during and aftertheir trips to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback forcontinuous improvement.
• Marketing Support : Collaborate with themarketing team to create engaging content and promotional materialsto attract new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel coordinatortravel agent or similar role preferred but notrequired.
• Indepthknowledge of resort and cruise destinations including populartravel trends and industry developments.
• Excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities.
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and managetime effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travelindustry dynamics.
• Proven experience as a travel coordinator travel agentor similar role preferred but not required.
• Indepth knowledge of resort andcruise destinations including popular travel trends and industrydevelopments.

Experience : Provenexperience as a travel agent or in a similar role within the travelindustry preferred but not required Skills : Strong customer serviceand communication skills, excellent organizational andtime-management abilities, and proficiency in travel bookingsystems (GDS) and software.

Knowledge : In-depth knowledge ofdomestic and international travel destinations, airline and hotelbooking procedures, and travel regulations.

Certification : Certification as a Travel Agent (CTA, CTC, etc.) is a plus but notrequired Technology : Comfortable with remote work technology andtools such as CRM software, video conferencing, and online bookingplatforms.

Availability : Ability to work flexible hours, includingevenings and weekends, to accommodate clients in different timezones.
