Join Applied ABC as our ABA Center Director, leading our Nashua team to deliver exceptional services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
About the Role
As Center Director, you'll oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure high-quality clinical services. Your expertise will inspire a culture of compassion, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership :
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the clinical department, aligning it with the organization's mission and vision.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Facilitate growth and development through daily collaboration with stakeholders and supervisors.
2. Staff Management and Development :
- Provide regular performance assessments and actionable feedback to fuel staff growth and development.
- Nurture a positive, high-performing team environment that values collaboration, professionalism, and growth.
3. Clinical Program Development : Enhance therapeutic programs, ensure effective implementation, and maintain compliance.
4. Quality Assurance : Develop, monitor, and evaluate quality assurance processes to ensure clinical services align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
5. Interdepartmental Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate clinical services with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community partners and referral sources.
- Ensure timely, empathetic communication with clients, families, and caregivers.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of clinical / organizational experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
