Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business immigration law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
The Business Immigration Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and clients to prepare and process various immigration applications and petitions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, and PERM labor certifications.
Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, cover letters, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for visa applications and petitions.
Maintain case files and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor and track the status of filed applications and petitions, and follow up with clients and government agencies as needed.
Prepare and file extensions, amendments, and change of status petitions.
Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
Coordinate and manage client consultations and case review meetings.
Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on business immigration.
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix) is a plus.
Bilingual skills are an asset but not required.
