Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and tasks

- Maintain the mold setter work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
- Handle molds and equipment according to written procedures and in a safe manner at all times
- Load and unload molds from IMM
- Maintain mold storage areas in clean and orderly manner
- Perform minor water leak repairs and clean up duties
- Transport molds from floor to press and press to floor using crane or forklift when needed
- Prioritize mold change activities and adherence to scheduling needs
- Ensure on-time completion of mold changes and mold change check sheet
- Properly operate a Crane and or Forklift when needed
- Maintain clean, orderly work environment (on and around all presses and storage areas)
- Perform related duties as assigned by the lead person, supervisor and / or department manager
- Available to work overtime when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Requirements
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and follow safe work procedures and always wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely and be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be certified to operate a crane / hoist
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand on feet and / or sit 8-12 hours a day and lift to 50lbs on an occasional basis and 15 lbs regularly.
Must be able to perform overhead work as well as work below the waist.
