A Day in the Life
Dispatchers are responsible for notifying stores and drivers of changes in schedule to their delivery or route. While recording daily information, dispatchers will communicate necessary scheduling information to personnel, coordinate mail delivery, and talk on the phone frequently.
There are various shifts for dispatchers - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
