The Home Health Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Home Health Aide - Requirements
- Successful completion of a Home Health Aide Certificate (HHA)
- Palm Beach County HHA Badge
- Certified CPR-BLS for healthcare providers (in person course)
- Must hold the following CEU's- HIV / AIDS, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence, Infection Control, Medical Records, Resident Rights, Communication w / impaired, Medical Error and Self Administration of Medications
- Physical Exam and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray within the last 5 years is required
- Minimum one (1) year of paid experience is required
- Valid Drivers license, auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
