Full-Time RADIOLOGY Technologist

As aRadiologic Technologist at our client you will be responsible forperforming diagnostic medical radiographic procedures on patientsof all ages.

You will operate radiographic equipment ensure patientsafety and provide highquality images for diagnosis. Join our teamand contribute to superior levels of customer service in a varietyof healthcare settings.

Hourly Range : $21.40 $32.10 (based oneducation and experience) Relocation Allowance : Up to $5000 (willbe discussed further during interview) Key Responsibilities Performdiagnostic medical radiographic procedures on all patientpopulations (neonate through geriatric) Operate radiographicequipment to produce quality images in a variety of settingsExplain procedures to the patient and demonstrate appropriatepatient positioning Obtain optimum views of specified anatomyAdjust equipment controls to set exposure factors based onknowledge of the procedure and established guidelines Demonstrateeffective radiation safety practices Assist the Radiologist whennecessary Interact with numerous computer programs and systems on adaily basis Perform various other duties as assigned by theRadiology Supervisor or Director ofRadiology Schedule and Shift DetailsPrimarily Day Shift with rotating weekends and oncallcoverage.

Associatedegree orhigher

ValidAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT)

ValidAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the stateof Kansas(KS)

ANY ofthe following validlicenses / certifications :

AmericanHeart Association Basic Life Support (AHABLS)

AmericanHeart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHAACLS)

Required skills & experience : 1) Graduate of an accreditedSchool of Nursing. 2) Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse inthe State of LA (or other NLC state).

3) 2+ years previousexperience working in care management and / or with CKD / ESRD patientsis preferred. 4) Ability to take call remotely on some nights andweekends 5) Must have Home Health and / or Hospice experience.

Preferred 2+ years experience in any of the following : DialysisCare Home Health Care Hospice Case Management (CM)
