Responsibilities for the VP Finance :
- The VP Finance Oversee the month end close process and be hands on with preparing financials
- Cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis
- The VP of Finance will present end of month financials to the board of directors and President
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and drive profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Qualifications for the VP Finance :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong experience with process improvement or implementation of new tools
- 10+ years in finance / accounting
- MBA or CPA qualification preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
