About this Position / Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the field.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of CCNP / CCIE certification and a superior ability to support applications for production environments utilizing Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, ESX, Cisco, and Sonicwall security platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Support applications for production environments utilizing Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, ESX, Cisco, and Sonicwall security platforms.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and network-based ACL's.
  • Support most LAN and WAN architectures including Ethernet, Spanning Tree, Trunking, 802.1q vlan tagging, dark fiber, and Point-to-Point circuits.
  • Manage network management platforms and protocols such as SNMP, RMON, MRTG, and NetFlow.
  • Utilize network security skills using sniffing software.
  • Troubleshoot technologies in OSI layers 1 4.
  • Implement and manage industry-leading switches, routers, servers, cables, racks, and firewalls.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Follow established guidelines and instructions.
  • Demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
  • Fluency in English, written and oral.
  • Abilities in a second language preferred.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering.
  • Minimum CCNA or CCIE certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, ESX, Cisco, and Sonicwall security platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of routing protocols and network architectures.
  • Experience with network management platforms and protocols.
  • Fluency in English, written and oral.
  • Abilities in a second language preferred.
